Women's Fund Golf Scramble Update

Recently, the Women's Fund of Warrick County held their 2^nd annual Golf Scramble at Rolling Hills Country Club and it was a huge success! The weather was perfect for a relaxing day out on the greens with friends, family, and associates alike. 72 golfers, countless volunteers, and dozens of donors showed up to support the Women’s Fund of Warrick County and to raise money to benefit women and girls in Warrick County. The day winded up with lunch and a wide array of awards and prizes to show gratitude for everyone’s participation. Thanks to our generous sponsors and donations from area businesses, we were able to grow our Women’s Fund by over $14,000 to help support the current grant cycle this fall, and to build the permanent endowment for the future.

   At the Golf Scramble, great Hole-In-One prizes were donated by D-Patrick - a 2011 BMW 328i convertible & an Ultimate Driver Protection Package. Breakfast was provided by Northwest Mutual and lunch was provided by the Boonville National Bank. Many "goodies" were donated to fill the "tee bags" by generous local businesses.
